What we ask for

We verify every tutor before listing them. This keeps quality high and gives clients confidence when they book.

  • Active ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or equivalent credential (verification required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in your primary modality
  • A working Google Meet-compatible setup (webcam, microphone, stable internet)
  • A Google Calendar you can dedicate to tutoring sessions
  • Willingness to complete a 15-minute video verification call
  • A short professional bio and profile photo

How onboarding works

  1. Apply

    Fill out the form on this page. Tell us about your credentials, experience, and the modalities you can tutor.

  2. Verify

    We'll schedule a 15-minute video call where you'll share your screen and show your live ARRT (or equivalent) credential page.

  3. Onboard

    Once verified, we set you up with a Trafft account, a Google Calendar connection, and a listing on the Tutors page.

  4. Start tutoring

    Your profile goes live. Clients can find you, book sessions through Trafft, and pay you directly.

How payment works

We don't touch your session revenue. You handle payments directly with your tutees. Here's the full flow.

  1. Tutee books through Trafft

    Your Trafft page shows your availability. The tutee picks a time and books.

  2. Trafft confirms the session

    Both you and the tutee receive a confirmation email with a Google Meet link.

  3. You email a Stripe payment link

    After the booking, you email the tutee a secure Stripe payment link from your own Stripe account.

  4. Tutee pays you directly

    Payment goes to your Stripe account. You keep 100% of the session fee.

  5. You pay Radiology Careers $250/month

    Your listing fee is billed separately on the first of each month via Stripe.
